Meet Our Team

Maggie is a co-owner and director of Shining Starz ABA. She resides in Simpson County, MS with her husband, Shane. She received her undergraduate at Belhaven University in Applied Psychology and while working as a Registered Behavior Technician, pursued her Masters in Education from the University of Cincinnati. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and a Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of Mississippi.

When you are able to witness a child engage with a peer for the first time during play, look at his or her mother while waving bye, or appropriately utilize a replacement behavior (such as requesting attention), you receive such fulfillment. Seeing such growth in our clients has been my dream and having the ability to provide services within our community was a profound need for our area.
