Shining Starz ABA was founded on the principle of providing availability of ABA therapy to autistic children and families in Simpson County, MS and the surrounding communities. We hope to fill a need where many families were historically unable to gain access to these services.

Shining Starz ABA was founded on the principle of providing availability of ABA therapy to autistic children and families in Simpson County, MS and the surrounding communities. We hope to fill a need where many families were historically unable to gain access to these services.
We believe that all children are capable of learning. We work individually with a child during therapy, as well as alongside with families during parent trainings to discuss what is working in the clinical setting and how to implement interventions at home.

Maggie Griffith is a Licensed Behavior Analyst and resident of Simpson County. Maggie found her passion in working with children on the spectrum and loves to see the skills that develop for each child in ABA therapy. She specializes in working with children on the spectrum between the ages of two and twelve. She received her Bachelor's D
Maggie Griffith is a Licensed Behavior Analyst and resident of Simpson County. Maggie found her passion in working with children on the spectrum and loves to see the skills that develop for each child in ABA therapy. She specializes in working with children on the spectrum between the ages of two and twelve. She received her Bachelor's Degree from Belhaven University in Applied Psychology. She continued her education and completed her Master's of Education in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Cincinnati. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and licensed to practice within the State of Mississippi.

Registered Behavior Technicians/
ABA Therapists Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- Pass a criminal background check

- Complete RBT Training
- Pass a competency assessment
- Pass the RBT certification exam
BCBA (Licensed Behavior Analysts)
- Hold a license (LBA) in the State of Mississippi
- Completed the supervision requirements of the BACB to supervise RBTs
